Dr. Christina Pardo, MD MPH is a 1st generation Haitian - American raised in New York. Passionate about Women's health she decided to pursue a career in Obstetrics & Gynecology. balais . Most recently she has worked on the State University of New York and Kellogg Foundation multi sector community development project in Arcahaie Haiti, and serves on the Board of Directors for CapraCare and Medinova who both work in Haiti. Her interests in health disparities and social determinants of health and equity have led her to return to SUNY Downstate as an Assistant Professor in Obstetrics & Gynecology where she is the Director of Global Women's Health and Social Obstetrics and Gynecology.
