Priti Golechha, MD

I work as the Associate Chief Medical Officer at Golden Valley Health Center. Early in my career as a healthcare leader, the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) honored my work with National level recognition and “Geiger Gibson Emerging Leader 2016”. I got myself a seat in the Room Where It Happens, but I wanted to open the door to other women. To advocate for this cause, I founded Physician Women in Leadership, a platform, and a community for physician women to develop their careers through mentorship, peer education, and Strategic partnerships. I also share my stories, experiences, and learnings here.

Through my work and writing, my ultimate goal is to leave a legacy of transformational change for my daughters. I hope they can proudly say that their mother tried her best to bring gender parity and reform the healthcare system for the better.
