Overall Comment

"Well you know I've just never been very flexible..." Not Anymore! From elite athletes to grandparents looking to improve their range of motion, ROMWOD provides a low cost simple solution to build effective orthopedic maintenance for your body into your daily routine. Even for people short on time, these routines average around 20 minutes in length and often also help users better prepare for more effective sleep. When it comes to sports medicine, docs struggle to give patients the tools to help prevent future injury, and this is where ROMWOD fills the gap.

Pros

-Video instruction to your phone or tablet = portable routines -Variety is built in to every day to keep users engaged and target new muscle groups -Pathways can help users target problem areas based on individual needs -Voice over provides encouragement for beginners new to mobility practice -Can cancel free of charge after 7 day trial -Link to purchase equipment in the app if desired

Cons

-Cost $13.99 per month (although modest compared to gym fees and injuries) -If user needs additional equipment, this could be an added cost -Would be ideal if app could generate routines based on your workout of the day -Lacks a personal coaching solution if users have questions
