Dr. Shah graduated from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College in Mumbai, India in 2006. Thereafter he completed Internal Medicine residency at New York Medical College/Westchester Medical Center in 2011. During this time, he was chosen as Best Internal Medicine resident in 2010 and 2011. Dr. Shah then pursued Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He served as the Chief Fellow from 2013-2014 and was awarded Outstanding Oncology Fellow Award at graduation in 2014.

 

Dr. Shah currently works at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center, a nationally recognized NCI designated community oncology cancer center. He currently serves as the Medical Director of Inpatient oncology unit and is the lead medical oncologist for the genitourinary multidisciplinary clinic. Dr. Shah recently graduated from the ASCO (American Society of Clinical Oncology) Leadership Development Program and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. His interests lie in healthcare management and health-technology to improve care of cancer patients.
