I paid 0.99c to download this app, and it's actually pretty decent. There are basically pictures of a real person doing the exercise and then when you tap it it gives instructions as to how to perform it properly. Is it majorly innovative and high-tech? Not really - but it's easy to use and useful for strengthening muscles etc. I picked my favorite exercises and made myself a program, so I'm going to try and stick to it each day.
The app is has a lot of exercises for different ages and injury types. It's easy to use and pretty clear.
The design and functions are clear, but pretty basic.
