Transcript

So the acid watcher diet has two phases. A healing phase for 28 days, you try and eat foods above pH five, and something called the maintenance phase, which you continue thereafter. And that’s foods above pH four. What you can do for the healing phase is you can have animal protein if you eat animal protein, such as fish, such as salmon, halibut, trout, sea bass, sole, poultry, turkey, and almost any kind of vegetables. Vegetables tend to be very alkaline. One of my favorite are sweet potatoes. As far as fruit, banana, papaya, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, watermelon, leechee, and avocado. Also, dried fruits, such as dates, raisins, desiccated coconut, nuts and seeds, including cashews, pecans, pistachios, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, and certain spreads such as fresh organic peanut and nut butter such as almond butters. Certain cheeses. Breads in general, we prefer whole grain breads. Condiments, Celtic salt, olive and coconut oil, vanilla extract, pea protein and white miso paste.
