"Hello. I'm Dr. Til Jolly and I'm proud to be working with Doctorpedia. I'm a board certified emergency physician and I've lived and worked in the Washington DC area my entire career. I worked in downtown university setting and now in a large suburban level one trauma center. My colleagues in emergency medicine see any manner of illness and injury that come through the doors, any time of day or night, any day of the week under many different circumstances. I've been able to write and speak on a number of areas germane to emergency medicine over my career, including wilderness medicine, traffic safety and injury prevention, major of medical management in Homeland Security issues. I've also been privileged to serve on the medical staff of 11 Super Bowls and continue to provide services into Yellowstone National Park in season. During my free time, I like to do, what many of you like to do.
I help my kids through the trials and tribulations of everyday life. I try to stay in shape and enjoy the outdoors. I was first attracted to medicine as a child and found it very interesting and have been very fortunate to have mentors through throughout my entire career, including today. Those who've led me on the path through healthcare. I like to turn my passionate for health into better care at the bedside, communicating with patients about the risks and benefits of the treatments that we might recommend and help them through the decisions they need to make, and also help with those decisions at a population level on some of the most important issues."
