Interestingly, I don’t know of any BPH drug therapies in development. Kind of interesting again, because if that were the answer, we’d probably see a whole herd of them coming through. And really all we’ve seen in the last half a dozen years or so has been the emergence of Cialis / Tadalafil for BPH management along with erectile dysfunction management. There is a drug category specifically looking at controlling nighttime urination. It’s not widely used among urologists, but there is a clinical trial looking at this compound called NOCDURNA and it’s used for men with BPH related nocturia.
