share

Transcript

There are several factors that can make you more susceptible to COVID. We all know that the elderly are, though that’s not applicable to women of childbearing age. Those of non-Caucasian ethnicity and those in the lower income bracket are often at risk due to lack of access to healthcare. In general, people with cancer are considered an at-risk group due to lower immune systems. All the more so, so are people who are considered immunocompromised. Additional risk factors include those with HIV, someone who has diabetes and someone who has chronic lung issues. Good hygiene and adherence to government guidelines can help prevent it. But as we know, sometimes even those aren’t enough to prevent infection.
