Hello. My name is Dr. David Filsoof and I am a board-certified cardiologist in Beverly Hills, California at the Cedars Sinai Hospital. I’ve been in practice for the last 5 years. I completed my fellowship at the Mayo Clinic and did my residency at the University of Texas in Houston. I am board-certified in pediatric and adult cardiology, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. Today, we’re gonna be talking about DVTs. What is a DVT? It stands for deep vein thrombosis. This is a serious condition that is found common in clinical practice and today we’re gonna be discussing the treatment options, how to diagnose it, and when to seek immediate care.
