High blood pressure is definitely one thing that can contribute to erectile dysfunction. The reason being is when you have high blood pressure, your arteries, they become thicker in response to high blood pressure. And the result of that is decreased blood flow actually going through it, through the lumen. And then when that happens, decreased blood flow goes to your end organs. One of which is your penis. So when that does happen, you actually get decreased blood flow to your penis and some form of erectile dysfunction.
