Risk factors associated with erectile dysfunction are the ones I previously discussed. These are the things, some of which are reversible, like diabetes, hypertension, poor cholesterol levels, smoking, drug use, alcohol use, obesity, poor eating habits, poor exercise habits. All of these contribute and increase your risk of having erectile dysfunction. Another risk factor is age. Age affects everything. Not just your kidneys, not just your brain, not just your liver. It also affects your penis. So as much as we try to help preserve and maintain good erectile function, age is something that Mother Nature always wins. It’ll lead to poor erectile function as you get older.
