The main symptoms of fibromyalgia are pain and tenderness throughout the body. Typically in at least six areas, there are other several notable symptoms to look out for which include trouble, sleeping fatigue, tiredness, morning, stiffness, headaches, or migraines, tingling, or numbness of the hands and feet as well. Some people also experienced psychiatric issues with concentration and memory, which is sometimes known as fibro-fog. Some also experienced depression and anxiety. Others have digestive problems such as abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, and even irritable bowel syndrome, which is the most common. Others also experience painful menstrual periods. Any combination of these symptoms should prompt you to consider raising concern of having fibromyalgia with your doctor.
