The most common Hashimoto’s disease symptoms that people have are number one – being fatigued, or feeling tired all the time. The number two – gut related symptoms. The most common being constipation, stomach cramps, or stomach bloating. Number three – feeling brain fog, people feel confused, or they don’t feel that they are at their optimal mental capacity. Number four – they have hair issues like hair thinning or hair fall. Number five – they have issues with losing weight or they continue to gain weight. Number six – they have mood issues. The most common being, feeling depressed or feeling anxious all the time. Number six – menstrual problems. Most of the females complain of irregular menstrual periods or heavy menstrual periods or painful menstrual periods. Number seven – fertility issue. Hashimoto’s disease is one of the most common reason of infertility in middle aged women. Number eight – pain. So most people complain of chronic pain, whether it is muscular in nature or whether it is joint related pain. Number nine – dry skin. And lastly, feeling of puffiness on their face or also swelling around their eyes.
