The most common being constipation, stomach cramps, or stomach bloating. Number three - feeling brain fog, people feel confused, or they don't feel that they are at their optimal mental capacity. Number four - they have hair issues like hair thinning or hair fall. Number five - they have issues with losing weight or they continue to gain weight. Number six - they have mood issues. The most common being, feeling depressed or feeling anxious all the time. Number six - menstrual problems.
