Kidney Cancer – Symptoms

Most often when kidney cancers are diagnosed, there’s no symptoms at all. That’s a good thing. That means the cancer is so small and localized, it’s too small to even cause any symptoms at all. In early stages of kidney cancer, if symptoms aren’t present, the most common one is blood in the urine. In more advanced cases of kidney cancer, more symptoms do develop. Patients can have pain in the back or flank, more blood in the urine, sometimes swelling of the legs, a feeling of fatigue, and sometimes a feeling of abdominal or belly fullness or bloating. Sometimes you may feel that you’re done with a meal even after only a few bites.
