Hello, I’m Lisa McMahon. I’m a pediatric surgeon at Pediatric Surgeons of Phoenix. I’ve been here for seven years. And prior to that, did my pediatric surgery training at Little Rock, Arkansas. I was also a general surgery resident at Mayo Clinic Scottsdale here in Arizona. I’m a pediatric general surgeon, and that means that I operate in the chest and the abdomen as well as sometimes in the head and neck and the extremities. My main focus in my practice is on neonatal surgery, pectus excavatum and carinatum, as well as inflammatory bowel disease surgery. Our practice goes to multiple hospitals in town. Our main hospital is Phoenix Children’s Hospital. We also operate at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea, Maricopa Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Hospital. I currently serve as the section chief for general surgery at Phoenix Children’s Hospital as well.
