Believe it or not, conception is not an easy process. So there’s a lot of things that can go wrong. For example, you could have issues with the sperm themselves, the quality. You can simply not even produce sperm, or you could be producing sperm, but the counts are so low that it reduces the chance of impregnation. Or that the sperm quality is low. You may be even producing enough sperm of good quality, but they don’t live long enough to reach their intended target. Maybe you have had injuries to your testes as a kid playing sports, or maybe you’re even on certain medications right now for certain diseases.
