Usually insurance will pay for the brace or at least a portion of the brace, depending on the orthotics company. The price varies from approximately $1,000 to $2,500 if it’s a custom made brace or one off the shelf. Usually that cost will include any visits for adjusting the brace afterwards during the time the patient is using it as well.
