Premenstrual Syndrome – Treatment Options

share

Transcript

There are some options of things that people have done that could help. It’s also possible that nothing will help despite what we choose to do. Some women have found success with lifestyle changes, like healthy diet, getting enough exercise to up the endorphins, getting enough sleep and managing their stress. It could be that these things help regulate their hormone levels, which in turn can make symptoms better. Other women have found some forms of relief from birth control and antidepressants. Birth control can help, especially with the physical symptoms of cramping that you may have. Talk to your doctor to see which options may be right for you.
