When we talk about a stage four setting, meaning incurable, the kind of traditional concept is, “I don’t want to subject myself to poison or being sick forever, rather let the cancer just take its course and have had a fulfilling life.” And that’s totally reasonable if the treatments wipe out your quality of life, if you’re not able to enjoy day to day, and you’re basically prolonging life trying to keep the cancer under control, but really having difficulty with it physically or hurting, that’s a reasonable argument right? Now, we’re talking about immune therapy and targeted therapies that can spare you having that global systemic illness or sickness that you see with cytotoxic chemotherapy sometimes. They of course all have their own side effects. Why? Because any target for the most part that we are targeting on these cancer cells, like we said, are something that your other cells express. But it’s still significantly different because it’s not per se the poison concept of just subjecting every cell to damage.
