Each person’s symptoms may vary. The following are the most common symptoms of swimmer’s ear: redness of the outer ear and itch in the ear, pain – often when touching or wiggling your ear lobe, pus draining from the year – this may be yellow or green and it may have a foul odor, swollen glands in your neck, a swollen ear canal, muffled hearing or hearing loss, a full plugged-up feeling in the ear, or fever.
