The general consensus is that having a vasectomy does not cause cancer. Some studies have questioned whether there's an association between vasectomy and ultimately developing prostate cancer, but careful analysis of these studies by scientists suggest that these studies have some flaws and some biases that render the conclusions difficult to interpret. The general consensus is that vasectomy does not cause cancer.
