Patients can have symptoms of palpitations, chest pains, lightheadedness, syncope, or passing out. A lot of times it may be difficult and unpredictable when you go in and out of these symptoms. But the best way is for you to understand that you are at risk for ventricular tachycardia. And if you are, you should make sure you stay on your medications. And if you start experiencing any symptoms of lightheadedness, palpitations, chest discomfort, you should seek medical attention right away by calling 911 or alerting whoever is with you at the time to call 911.
