The field of thoracic oncology is evolving so fast. Even cardiac surgery. You think that bypass surgery, that's been going on for 30, 40 years, it's still evolving. I mean, there are techniques that people are using, different bypass or perfusion protocols or strategies. The field is expanding so fast that I think that it's so difficult to keep up with everything.
