Dr. Matthew Endara is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon residing and practicing in Columbia, Tennessee.

Dr. James Farrelly was born in New York, NY as the second son of immigrant parents with no physicians in his immediate family. He went to Regis High School in NYC like Dr. Anthony Fauci, and during that time, he played drums in a band called “Mackin Pulsifer” with a girl who would go on to become mildly more famous several years later under the name “Lady Gaga.”

Though he studied music as a major in college, he had always maintained a passion for scientific inquiry, medicine, and knowledge about the human body. Before starting medical school, James took his first job in biomedical research coordinating prostate cancer clinical trials. He went on to excel in medical school and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He lived out a dream when he completed a surgical residency and surgical critical care fellowship at an ivy league program in New Haven, CT. He obtained a Master of Health Science (MHS) degree and completed a pediatric surgery research fellowship along the way. He practices now as a Trauma and Acute Care general surgeon at a busy inner-city hospital in New England and holds an appointment as Assistant Professor of Surgery at a well-known New England medical school. Dr. Gandhi attended Rush Medical College where she graduated with AOA honors in 2003. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency, where she was chosen to be a Chief Medical Resident by her program, and then pursued an Adult and Pediatric Allergy/Immunology fellowship, all at the University of California San Diego.

She has since returned to the Chicago area and has been in practice treating patients of all ages. Her patients are given care based on the latest guidelines for the treatment of asthma, nasal/eye allergies, atopic dermatitis (eczema), food allergy, urticaria (hives), angioedema (swelling), medication allergies, and immunodeficiencies. She is an advocate for vaccines and understands their public health impact, immunologic importance and safety. Dr Steven Gange graduated from the UCLA School of Medicine in 1986 and then completed Urology training at the University of Kentucky in 1991. Dr. Habibpour attended one of Iran’s most prestigious medical schools. Afterwards he completed an adult psychiatry residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond and then went on to complete a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Jolly is a board-certified emergency physician who has built his career based on strong clinical training and practice excellence. He received his medical degree from the Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC, completed preliminary surgical training at the University of North Carolina, and then completed emergency medicine training at the combined residency program of George Washington and Georgetown Universities in Washington, DC. His early academic career included leadership positions at the George Washington University, including GW Hospital Associate Trauma Director, Research Director of the Emergency Department, and Vice-Chair of the Institutional Review Board, charged with overseeing clinical research for the Medical Center. He has spoken and delivered local and Congressional testimony with a focus on key issues related to traffic safety and emergency preparedness.

In subsequent years he has held leadership positions in the Department of Homeland Security, including Deputy Chief Medical Officer in the Office of Health Affairs of DHS and Senior Science Advisor in the FEMA National Exercise Division. He has been at the forefront of the advancement of technology in medicine, recently serving as Chief Medical Officer of SOC Telemed, a large national acute care telemedicine provider. He is currently advising the government on technology and response issues related to COVID-19. Throughout the years, he has continued to maintain his active clinical practice and patient care focus at Inova Fairfax Hospital, a major teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center in Falls Church, VA.

In addition to his bedside clinical practice, Dr. Jolly previously provided medical emergency preparedness guidance to the National Football League for eleven Super Bowls. He also continues to provide telemedicine support to the medical services in Yellowstone National Park during the summer season.

Dr. Hasan Iftikhar is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology at the University of Virginia. He actively contributes to initiatives aimed at improving patient experience, quality of care, and trainee education within the division. His clinical interests include obesity and lifestyle medicine, with a focus on managing kidney and heart disease in affected patients. Dr. Iftikhar’s dedication to both patient outcomes and medical education underscores his impactful role in advancing nephrology care and training.
