I am an expert in vaginal surgery. I believe the vaginal hysterectomy is the least invasive hysterectomy and should be the preferred procedure. My vaginal hysterectomy rate is 90% for all women. I challenge my residents to learn the special tricks and techniques needed to become competent vaginal surgeons and to share the skills with their own students.
