Kathy Stepien, MD

Dr. Stepien is a Regional Pediatric Hospitalist for Seattle Children’s Hospital, working at Virginia Mason Memorial in Yakima, WA. She is the founding director of The Institute for Physician Wellness (www.instituteforphysicianwellness.com) and has a particular interest in self-compassion and mindfulness in medicine. She teaches workshops and leads retreats in support of physician wellness.
