Overall Comment
If you're looking for some yoga poses this is a decent and simple app. It's not necessarily personalised to the problems that each individual might be having, but in terms of understanding how to do the different positions, it's good. It tells you which poses are good for what kind of pains and I find that the positions actually work really well. Videos would be better though and I'd appreciate some videos to help me see how the poses are optimally done.
