There is a lot of good content embedded in the app but the design and ease of use makes it very difficult to navigate and process. The moodtracker and journal help you self monitor and track your mood to specifically pinpoint thought distortions (i.e. negative filtering, labeling, overgeneralizing) in an effort to change them, which I appreciated but could see being burdensome. The app also has you “commit” to various lifestyle and thought modifications in your everyday life to change bad habits which could be very useful. The app might bring about more self awareness but does not too far beyond that in intervention.
