I love MyFitnessPal. I can track my calories and write down my own recipes and follow others. I definitely will be using this app more.

Very useful App, it keeps up with the amount of calories you eat by allowing you to enter each meal you ate. There's also a lot of good healthy recipes to try alongside the calorie counting. I also like the different food plans option they have to help you lose weight. I recommend this app.

I love this app—especially the ability to sync exercise/calories burned with the app so the math is done for you. After all, who wants to diet and do math?! ;) It makes accountability easy and accessible, especially with being able to scan food items or search by name so you can find estimated calories and nutritional information. I suggest this app to several of my patients who are looking for the content this app has to offer.
