The app offers two options: either guided breathing or meditation. Whether you want to focus on your breathing or restful mindfulness exercises to reach relaxation, you get to choose which better suits you at the moment. If you choose the breathing preference, you’ll enjoy musical cues to let you know when to switch between phases of breathing. The guided meditation includes 8-minute sessions that target different body parts. This is a pretty simple app but has a decent feel to it. I really like meditating and working on breathing - it's the best to feel mentally refreshed. The guide's voice is a little bit annoying though. Basic app, not masses to do without paying, but it does the job.

I love this app. I love that I could choose the background. I already feel settled. I think when someone suffers from migraines breathing is very helpful. I like that it teaches you how to breath with musical cues.

When I feel the onset of a migraine, I always listen to the meditations on Relax Lite and it helps me stop the migraine from happening completely.
It helps me stop migraines from happening on a weekly basis and is super helpful in reducing stress. Just 5 minutes a day is a game changer.
The audio is sometimes static and choppy.

This is a simple relaxation and guided meditation app, which provides a quick relief of anxiety symptoms and some understanding of breathing. It is not a particularly sophisticated app, but if you are setting out to focus on straightforward breathwork this can absolutely help you achieve that!
