Going back to work depends on what you do. If you’re a laborer, active laborer, and you require to be on your feet all day long, going back to work might take up to six weeks before you feel ready and confident to pursue your job. Again, I tell patients with a desk job to give themselves two to three weeks following the joint replacement prior to returning to work.
