Transcript

The recovery time after atrial fibrillation ablation really varies. Most people have zero recovery time. We say maybe in the first 48 hours, you may feel some chest discomfort, maybe some groin discomfort where the catheters were placed, maybe some shortness of breath – but this really goes away within 48 hours – at most, up to two weeks. Patients after a procedure can go back to work within 48 hours.
