Headache, dizziness, chest pain and nausea are the most common symptoms of critically high blood pressure. But most people in the ER, don’t actually experience many of these symptoms. Most people come to the ER because they measured a high blood pressure or maybe a clinic sent them in because of that high blood pressure.
