More and more, the emergence of procedural therapy for BPH is in the minimally invasive category. And there are several currently being looked at in FDA trials. One of which is called the Springs or the helical device, metallic device in the prostate that’s intended to be open and stay open and not be removed. Another one called the Butterfly which has wings almost, that open into the prostate as well. And the last being this balloon procedure called Optaloom and the delivery of a drug called paclitaxel into the prostate tissues. None of these have passed the FDA at this point. They are all in trials.
