I think one of the first symptoms of BPH that causes a bother is the feeling of urgency, feeling that suddenly out of the blue, we have to go to the bathroom. We would not have predicted it to have occurred this quickly. So that can be number one, but we can also see other folks come in with problematic nighttime urination or nocturia even without daytime urgency, and slow flow becomes a problem when you find yourself standing in the toilet, in the bathroom, say a public restroom, longer than anybody else is standing there to get the stream out. So a variety of things can trigger a man's interest in this problem and visit to a physician. But I think urgency is perhaps the most bothersome.
