Congestive heart failure is a disease in which your heart is not able to pump enough blood to your body to meet its needs. This can happen for several reasons, including ischemic heart disease, meaning coronary artery disease, diabetes, hypertension, alcohol, obesity, some auto-immune conditions, or even some much rarer heart diseases.
