Covid Vaccination In Pregnant/Lactating Women – Hospitalization with COVID

share

Transcript

In many cases, you absolutely need to stay in the hospital if you have the more severe symptoms of COVID infection. While there’s some people who can receive oxygen and breathing help at home, in worst cases, many will need to go to the hospital to be taken care of. I understand having severe COVID infection can be scary, but please do not risk your own health because you do not want to go to the hospital. While there, occasionally a ventilator may be a useful device that can help treat your breathing problems in certain cases with patients. There are no medications that have been shown to cure COVID infection, but really just relieve their symptoms. Other possible treatment options include physical therapy, occupational therapy, depending on how long you’ve been in the hospital for.
