Transcript

Let’s talk about diastolic murmurs, murmurs that we detect when the heart is relaxing and filling. We have aortic regurgitation. We have mitral stenosis. We have pulmonic regurgitation and tricuspid stenosis. Each one of these murmurs have their own characteristic sounds and their own significance that we would hear on physical exam and then again, confirm on echocardiogram.
