My name is Dr. Louis Vogel. I attended medical school at Boston University in the six year accelerated medical program and completed my internship and residency in internal medicine and dermatology at NYU. Currently, I am a professor of medicine at the Université de Franche-Comté in Besançon, France, and serve as an assistant professor of dermatology at NYU Langone Medical Center. I’ve been in private practice for the past 30 years, treating patients for medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatologic problems. Since I also completed my training in internal medicine, I am able to view patients through both lenses and bring a holistic approach for the whole patient. In addition, teaching dermatologic surgery at NYU Langone Medical Center gives me great insight into the essence of skin surgery. I am very attentive to the needs of completely explaining diagnoses and procedures to all my patients so that they fully comprehend what to expect for cosmetic procedures. My goal is to provide patients with the most natural results with the highest aesthetic quality.
