So myopia is when the eye is growing longer than it’s supposed to be. And that makes the light focus in front of the retina, rather than on the retina. Therefore, the objects may appear blurry at a distance, but clear at near. Most often, children don’t know they’re blurry because they have not seen clear and they will not report problems with their vision.
