A small minority of men will actually improve, where that degree of curvature will just go away on its own. It’ll straighten out and get back to what it was before. That’s a small minority of men. In the large majority of men, it stays stable where the plaque, it doesn’t really grow. It doesn’t really expand. It doesn’t really cause any more tethering or curvature to the penis. And then there’s the third group, where it just gradually gets worse. These are the types of guys who, usually, they’re in the treatment group, where they’re the ones who actually need some form of active treatment in order to address the Peyronie’s disease and give them a straighter penis in order to have satisfying intercourse.
