Preterm Labor – Symptoms

share

Transcript

There are several signs and symptoms of preterm labor. In most cases, they mimic what you may experience with labor that is normal. A woman who’s experiencing preterm labor may experience low or dull backache. They may feel pelvic pressure. They may feel cramps, especially like similar to what you experience when you’re having your period. A woman may experience abdominal pain that may be with or without diarrhea. There may be a change in their vaginal discharge. And most obvious signs are contractions that can happen more often than every 10 minutes or more. If you suspect that you’re having symptoms of preterm labor, it’s very important to go to the hospital or speak to your healthcare provider right away to determine if you’re experiencing this or this is what is going on in your pregnancy.
