There are various forms of psoriatic arthritis. This classification is based on the pattern of joints involved. The most common form is when the arthritis affects the top part of your fingers. Other form of arthritis is like rheumatoid arthritis, where you have inflammation in multiple small joints in a symmetric fashion, in both sides of your body. Some of you could just have inflammation of few of the large joints, most commonly the knees. Rarely, psoriatic arthritis could also affect the low back, causing chronic low back pain. Some of you may have nail problems with this condition.
