Hi, I’m Steven Pavlakis. And we’re recording this at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn. And I also live in Brooklyn, but my background was, I went to Brown University and Medical School in a seven-year program. And early on, for some reason was interested in neurology and I always thought it was fun and fascinating thing to do. And I love taking care of kids. So I started with pediatric neurology and stayed with it for the past 40 years or so. And now we’re in Brooklyn taking care of children with neurological problems. The basic things that we deal with, our patients come to us for a sundry of different problems, affecting the brain development, seizures, and muscle disorders. So one comes to us with multiple different disorders.
