We all know about the traditional risk factors for heart disease. There are some non-traditional risk factors for heart disease that can increase your risk for having a heart attack especially if you are predisposed to having a heart attack. A couple of these include stress and lack of sleep. So it’s very important if you are considered high risk for heart disease, to make sure you’re getting adequate rest. And also that you’re decreasing your stress levels.
