The main complication that can occur resulting from testicular torsion is loss of the affected testicle. Our bodies need well oxygenated blood flow continuously for our body tissues to remain alive and healthy. So when the testicle twists, it’s starved of blood flow and the clock starts ticking. if not addressed soon enough, the potential complication is loss of the testicle.
