A lot of people ask me about watching TV in bed. If you have insomnia, it’s probably not a good idea. It’s just one more association stimulation interest. Again, we’re trying to make ourselves kind of bored, relaxed and promoting sleep. If you sleep really well and you enjoy a little TV before bed, by all means, but typically we’re trying to keep the bed only for sleep. And so we don’t want the association of sleep and TV. For some of you, it works fine for some of you should really try to avoid it.
