Although brief transitory episodes of ventricular tachycardia are usually inconsequential, sustained interference in the electrical impulses can stop your heart completely. This means blood is no longer being pumped to the brain and other vital organs in the body. In other words, you will be in sudden cardiac arrest. Without immediate treatment, you will die within minutes.
