Meniere’s Disease is actually a very rare disease, somewhere around 15 to 60 patients per 100,000 develop Meniere’s Disease. Meniere’s Disease is a condition where a patient experiences episodic vertigo that lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to several hours. And at the same time, they also experience these ear associated symptoms, such as an increase in tinnitus or ringing in their ears, an increase in a sense of pressure or fullness in their ear. And they also notice a decrease in their hearing. So hearing loss that comes along with these episodes.
